By using the SafeSwap Launchpad Fundraising Platform (“Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions contained within this User Agreement (“Agreement”). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and SafeSwap, a company legally registered in the Netherlands (“Company”).
Users understand and agree that all investments into projects facilitated through the Platform are at their own risk. The Company does not guarantee any return on investments, nor is the Company responsible for any losses or damages suffered by Users as a result of investing in any project on the Platform.
The Company provides verification services, including Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, to confirm the identity of project owners. These verifications do not represent or warrant the success, integrity, or viability of any project. It is the User’s responsibility to conduct their own due diligence before investing in any project on the Platform.
Users may engage with professional marketing firms to enhance their launch on the Platform. The Company is not responsible for the quality, efficacy, or results of any services provided by these third-party providers. Any engagement with such firms is at the User’s own risk and discretion.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Platform.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement, the use of the Platform, or any other related matter will be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any changes signifies acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Fees and commissions for using the Platform are as stipulated in the pricing structure provided. The Company reserves the right to change these fees and commissions at any time, at its sole discretion.
By using the SafeSwap Launchpad Fundraising Platform, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Your understanding and adherence to these legal policies ensure a smooth and secure experience while using our platform.

Users must use the Platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. Any illegal use of the Platform will result in termination of the User’s account and may also lead to legal action.
Users are prohibited from using the Platform to post or share any material that is threatening, harmful, illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate. SafeSwap reserves the right to remove such content without notice and terminate the accounts of Users who violate this policy.
All information provided by Users to SafeSwap is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, Users consent to all actions taken by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
SafeSwap, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of the Platform.
SafeSwap makes no warranty that the Platform will meet Users’ requirements, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
